Dean Heller
Senator, R-Nev.
U.S. Senate
Dean Heller was sworn in to the United States Senate on May 9, 2011. Before Sen. Heller’s service in the Senate, he served as Nevada’s Representative to the 2nd Congressional District, as Nevada's Secretary of State for three terms, and in the Nevada State Assembly for two terms. He serves on the Committee on Finance; Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee; Committee on Veterans' Affairs; the Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee; and the Special Committee on Aging. He also worked as a stockbroker and as a broker/trader on the Pacific Stock Exchange.
